Payment and Booking Policy:
The city tax of 3.50 € per person is not included in the room rate. It will be paid the day before arrival.

Non-refundable rate: prepayment at the time of booking.
Flexible rate: free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival, 100% penalty in case of cancellation or no-show.
For periods related to the main trade fairs, Vinitaly and Marmomacc and for the period July-September, free cancellation will be 7 days from the check-in date, 100% penalty in case of cancellation or no-show.
